When I started painting my main goal (aside from making a tree look like a tree...) was to create paintings that reflected the beauty of the surroundings in which we live on this earth. Steam , Smoke and Mist

Steam trains played a big part in Alaskan history. This train, #557 of the Alaska Railroad was the last operating steam train that Alaska ran.
When The Alaska Railroad has completed repairs on it, it will run the rails here at home in Alaska again in the future!
